Dee Roscioli to return to the 1st National Tour of Wicked 9/25

Sorry so late folks!  Dee Roscioli will return to Wicked's First National Tour on September 25th, 2012 in Las Vegas, replacing current Elphaba Nicole Parker.  Dee holds the distinction of performing the role of Elphaba more than any other actress.  She began her Wicked journey in January 2006, replacing Kristy Cates as the standby for Elphaba in Chicago, assuming the role full-time in December of that year.  She defied Gravity through early June 2008, where she took a brief leave from the show, replaced by Lisa Brescia.  She returned at the end of August 2008, starring alongside Annaleigh Ashford, and closed out the Chicago company on January 25, 2009.  Dee briefly stood by for Elphaba in San Francisco in early 2009 during Teal Wicks' extended absence.  In July 2009, Dee replaced Nicole Parker in the Broadway company of Wicked, playing the role opposite Alli Mauzey, Erin Mackey and Katie Rose Clarke.  Dee departed the Broadway company in March 2010, replaced by Mandy Gonzalez.  June 7th, 2011 marked Dee's first show on the road in the show.  She starred opposite Amanda Jane Cooper through early October, where she was replaced by Mamie Parris.  Upon returning to the show, Dee will be the first Elphaba to have played two engagements on the First National Tour of Wicked.  Best Witches Dee!
