Happy 2nd Anniversary "Unnaturally Green"!

Every night onstage around the world in WICKED, a green baby is born.  That baby is Elphaba Thropp, the heroine of the musical Wicked!  Do you want to know more about what kind of heroine it takes to PLAY Elphaba Thropp?  Do you like laughing hysterically?  Do you love reading a good book that you can pick up and not put down until you are finished?

If you answered YES to any/all of those questions, check out "Unnaturally Green" by the stupendous Felicia Ricci.  Ricci was the Elphaba standby in the San Francisco production of Wicked in 2010, covering the role for several months.  This book is an account of the time she was in the show, the ups and downs, the good and the bad.  Ricci's pen drips with humor and drive, and her story flows effortlessly to construct the life of a standby for the leading role in a mega-musical.

In other words, it's hilarious, informative, hilarious, honest and hilarious.
