Emmy Raver-Lampman to join First National Tour of Wicked.

Emmy Raver-Lampman will replace Laurel Harris as the standby for Elphaba on the First National Tour of Wicked on February 4th in Pittsburgh, PA.  Harris will depart the tour on February 2nd alongside Curt Hansen (Fiyero), Jaime Rosenstein (Nessarose) and John Davidson (The Wizard).  Raver-Lampman has appeared on Broadway in A Night With Janis Joplin, Hair and Jekyll and Hyde.

I saw her play Elphaba in Nashville last night. Honestly I don't know how anyone could have done it any better! It was simply amazing and outstanding!

I saw her last night in LA... she was amazing and the chemistry between her and chandra lee Schwartz was amazing.. Best elphaba I've ever seen.
